UNIDA Servicedesk is an integrated service center to help the academic community submit complaints, support requests, and questions related to campus services.
Click the Create New Account button, fill in your personal data, email, phone number, status, unit, and captcha. Once your account is active, you can create service tickets.
Use the forgot password feature on the login page. If the issue persists, create a support ticket and attach supporting information for verification.
Please create a ticket to the information system management unit. Include a screenshot of the issue so the team can help reset the authenticator or check your account.
Make sure your account is active and your device is within the service area. If the issue persists, create a ticket by mentioning the building location, network name, and device type.
